LOCAL ORDERS

Lead time is dependent on stock availability.

Should we have stock available; orders will be dispatched within 24 hours provided that your payment is validated /received before 14:00. Delivery takes around 1-4 days. This applies to weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm may only be dispatched the following Monday.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight/ transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery from our warehouse. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timorously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Summit will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

All orders shipping to a destination outside of South Africa are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.  Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's customs department for inspection.

When placing an order for delivery outside of South Africa, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the applicable laws and regulations. 

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally. 

Please note: It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g., food, drinks)
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items

Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and the RMA number. Ship the item to Shop G0 8a, The Avenues, Corner Hilton College Road and Elizabeth Drive, Hilton. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Process for Exchanges:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request an exchange.
Return the Item: Follow the return process to send the defective or damaged item back to us.
Receive Replacement: Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

7.1 Shipping: We offer shipping within South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
7.2 Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products within 14 days of delivery, provided the Products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
8.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
